I beleve that it may be worth in dtg's intrest to look at obtaining an independent Customer Service Officer. According to indeed "Customer service officers work closely with clients to resolve problems, share product information and process requests. They use excellent communication skills and patience to provide support to customers and create a positive work environment." Some thing here defently need working on as I see quite poor customer engagement and support. In the past I had submited a help ticket, it took a long time to get back to me and the response while was helpfull was also structured in a manner that I would consider quite rude and demeaning. I have seen some bugs in the game going back to the original iteration and not be fixed ever (these are well know bugs the community have reported) The main reason I believe having the person be independent of DTG is that they are less likley to be inflused (by dtg). They could give them a report on how the customer base really feel about their prouducts (booth good and bad). what are you thoughts on this.
One problem is that they seem to have no interest in the feelings of the disappointed costumers about their product, service and the policies of their business strategy. Another thing is that they are actually so biased, that they can't even separate constructive critic from hate to them or the game anymore. I mean I do not hate TSW, I don't hate the engineers. It's a great looking game and one of the best simulators we have but there is just something what makes me feel wrong about them when it comes to how they sell their products, how they update their products, how they think about fixing bugs, how they focus on obviously necessary improvements to the game, that I just can't smile and say I'm happy with that all. There is really missing a non-biased independent party in the relation between costumer and company here to not only satisfy disappointed and angry costumers but also actually helps to bring the game forward and make it attracting for many more gamers on Steam, Epic etc.
I’ll second this, I’ll always be in support of actions improving technical support. Especially the part about issue resolved over closed.
