Spotted in the roadmap article: upload_2023-8-23_15-45-42.png

Is this a layer from another upcoming German route?

Hmm, I really hope we will be able to use the red Br628 in timetable mode on Niddertalbahn! Although it wouldn’t be really realistic but I really like the red colour scheme and wouldn’t really notice if I ride it on a bit older route :D

It's missing a Baden Wurttemberg Sticker as seen on this 628 that ran to Lindau

To have this train run on Voarlberg Bahn TSC name Three Country Corner route Bundesbahn Bahndirektion Frankfurt Am Main Niddertalbahn is required. If a future Update has Niddertalbahn electrified in German Elektrifizierung then Voarlberg Bahn or SFS Wien Linz Salzburg should supply the ÖBB 4024 to NID

    1) Bavarian units would have run to Lindau too (it is, after all, in Bavaria)
    2) Not having those stickers makes it more versatile

And it would hardly fit to its Niddertalbahn origins. ;)
Besides, it's not uncommon that regional markings can be seen outside their usual territory throughout germany these days - I remember seeing pictures of a 218 from Ulm in front of the Sylt Shuttle recently ;) and also the 628 is a candidate for this as it's often used as a reliable substitution for broken modern rolling stock and it's core routes are constantly decending.

A 4024 on NID would bend reality a bit far though. :)
