How Do You Switch Headlights On The Ice1?

I can see how to turn them on, and from bright to dimmed etc, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to make them headlights instead of tail lights

 

there is a small lever in the middle row in front of you where e.g. the bright to dimmed lever is. When you start it is on taillights or something like “headlights turned off” (can’t remember). Plug in the reverser and pull the lever on your desk and it should work
