Maybe performance might be an issue, but should Dovetail Games offer a 50% discount to those who have Train Simulator Classic so we can get a bigger customer base? Maybe just for one month from the release date 26th September? I suspect some computers might not be able to handle it.

No it doesn't. No matter the price, many tsc players won't come to tsw due to a variety of reasons. They are 2 very different games. It's like saying msfs 2020 should be heavily discounted just because you own flight sim x. Or a discount for owning the previous call of duty. It's not fair to anyone
