DTG seems to forget about other good UK routes they've added to the game as for TSW4 once again it's SEHS which will get some improvements and updates. There are plenty of other routes that could use an update but no, SEHS is most important. Can't we like get long awaited update for BML or maybe some other routes like GWE or ECW. What makes SEHS so special to get 4 loco packs (465, 66 RHTT, 37 and most recently 700) and extension as part of TSW3. Really other routes don't deserve improvements? I can't be only one that have enough of southeastern. To the conclusion, update some older routes instead of constantly updating SEHS as it got a bit boring... And a small note regarding BML, if mods for rush hour passengers and 700 timetable aren't breaking the game then how DTG couldn't made it work?
GWE is dead, it's the oldest route in game and would need to be rebuilt from scratch, as the techniques have changed. So it's unlikely that this will ever see major changes, extensions etc.
Yeah. I never grabbed GWE for that exact reason because the only real positive is layers onto BML for me and the outdated linear route doesn't help that. I do at some point hope they do give it the SEHS treatment and completely rebuild it to bring it up to standards. EDIT: But that's incredibly unlikely so really its kind of a waste of 25 quid that could to a better route.
