I downloaded the files(AP Files) from Train Sim Community for Hi-Line and Stevens Pass.

But I see there is a very big difference in size between the files from Train Sim Community and the files from Steam.

Will there not be any problem.
Should I just replace them or what to do?

From Train Sim Community Hi-Line is 1,14 Mb but on Steam(Railworks) is 1.41 Gb.
From Stevens pass on Train Sim Community is 389 kb but on Steam(Railworks) is 1.21 Gb.

Have fixed Springfield Line: Springfield - New Haven Route myself because it was easy.

But I do not understand ap-files.

.ap files are just a fancy zip file. Use 7-Zip or Winrar to extract them and copy the files into the relevant folders.

But I still do not understand where to install it and how and if I shall open the whole file until the last page?
And then copy it and add it to where/same page/Folder the StevensPassAssets.ap/HiLineAssets.ap are?
The ap-file is not open in the folder VNHRR\HiLine and GNTX\StevensPass in Railworks.
Do I need to open them too?

No Need to extract the AP files in the existing assets folder, TS will read Folders with higher priority than the AP file.

Finally fixed it but it was a lot more complicated than the explanation in Train Sim Community said.
You needed to have the ap-file on the original folder as a zip/rar file which I did not have.
And then my son had to help me to explain where to put the files from Train Sim Community file.

But finally solved and working now.

    Not quite.
The ap-file is a compressed file that can be opened with WinZip or 7Zip
Its the way Steam gets downloads to your computer.

Kind of right but it's not a compressed file it's a zip archived file with zero compression.
