Mystery Of The 766.2 + Br146.2

Hello all,
Just for a change I’ve been playing some of the German routes recently.
The ones I own are Kassel-Wurzburg and Schnellfahrstrecke Koln.
When I go into my train collection, along with the trains for these routes I have two additional trains;
766.2 BBpbzfa DB and BR146.2
Whenever I select either of these trains nothing loads in the timetable or scenario. I even looked for a training module for them, but the screen is just grey.
Does anyone know why this is the case, please?
I don’t own any other German routes and have not deleted any German DLC.
It’s a mystery to me, hopefully someone has the answer?
I’m on Xbox series X and have TSW2 and TSW3 installed, no other games.

I think with Kassel-Wurzburg the game has added them for AI services but I don’t know why they would show up as locos for you own. The 146 and Dosto are available to play on SKA if you own Main Spessert Bahn.

 

Kwg 146, dosto and talent 2 is ai only so players can't drive them. They sub into other German routes. You need msb for use in ska and and for use in other german routes

 

I don’t own any other German route. I think I only have these two routes because they came free with TSW2 & TSW3. It’s very odd, as you say they shouldn’t be showing in my collection if they are for AI services.

Thanks, but why do they show in my collection. Other AI trains don’t show as far as I’m aware, or do they show in your collection ? Never really noticed before is I only have uk routes, the German routes came free.

 

You're definitely missing out. I love driving German passenger routes.
I would recommend:
- Nahvehrker Dresden (Dresden - Riesa): this route comes with a bunch of trains for you to drive, and offers great variety of services;
- Tharandter Rampe (Dresden - Chemnitz): a route with a challenging terrain, as steep as 2.5%; it features the brilliant 612 loco;
- Hauptstrecke Rhein Ruhr: gives access to two great EMUs, BR 422 and BR 425; the route is interesting as well;

The first one will be upgraded for TSW4.

 

Yes, I’ve ordered the Deluxe TSW4 so I’ll get the Dresden route, really looking forward to it. Just watched the stream of the Austrian route and the Vectron- looking good.

 

And Dresden comes with a (revamped) 146.2 that you really can drive on Köln-Aachen (there's nowhere to drive one on K-W).
