PlayStation Dovetail Games Should Be Held Accountable

You absolutely have to and need to fix the previous game issues both on The 2 and 3. You are a bunch of morally corrupt cowboys as far as I'm concerned and I will take every opportunity to express this point of view until I see some kind of commitment to change.

EDIT: seriously though. I do think calling them "Morrally corrupt cowboys" is a little extreme, I saw them called communists which ISNT EVEN HOW COMMUNISM WORKS, DTG is not communist. Anyway yeah, there buisness is a little sketchy sure but its not like its the worse - Atleast the game has some new things if your on PC. If your on console they'll adress that.

They already said there fixing issues from 2 for 4.. which while I agree shouldnt of been done ATLEAST it IS being done.

They said that there will be no more TSW 2 updates.
Edit: Basically DTG decided to say to us "we are working on the TSW 2 updates" (months later)
"We are so sorry to say we have stopped working on the TSW 2 updates".

To stop insulting trolling threads like the one you’ve just posted.
If you don’t like TSW or DTG policies find another game.
There are already plenty of threads whinging about TSW going to 4 and what support there will be for 2 or 3. It’s happening, your little protest will change nothing.

I'm entitled to my opinion based on personal experience and the fact I've invested financially into a company that's consistently let me down as a consumer. There are certain things that shouldn't be said. The developers are all trying to make a living and they never hurt anyone or did something so corrupt that they deserve to be arrested. Sure they may be issues, but they are just normal human beings after all just trying to make an honest living without harming anyone. You demanding stuff and getting angry isn't going to help anyone

This thread is getting interesting but another I would say is that if you don't like TSW 2/3 or 4 then don't play it just saying.

 

Imagine a delicious cake but all its missing is the cherry.. instead of complaining and asking for the missing cherry we are being asked to forego the whole cake.

I know I just wanted to throw my stompy moody childish winge into the mix haha. If I can add though for the record. When did it become ok for a company to charge £30 for a piece of dlc that doesn't even run properly or has many errors?? Has the world gone mad? Where are the standards? I have another game called Snowrunner I'm confident many people will have heard of this game. It runs head and shoulders above TSW3 and interestingly enough the dlc ranges from 5 to 10 pounds by comparison.

Exactly the more people who stand up and say it's not good enough the more likely they are to change their approach. As consumers we actually hold all the cards.

 

That my complain as well there is some really really good routes in the game but like the MML what your paying £30 you expect for it to be top notch and if a company knows that there will be bugs in a route when they bring it out then make a patch a week or so later or don't bring it out and work on it a little bit longer.

 

Yawn….. if you wanna moan about cowboys go pay £50 for a however old remaster it is by good old rockstar

Absolutely, but always (or at least try to) remember that the quality of the discourse also drives the weight of it. Language is often better used as a rapier rather than a hammer, and the value of the arguments is enhanced or degraded by the presentation of the arguments. If you think about it, you can call someone a moron but if you do it with a smile its often better received.

This is a good point. I appreciate my approach is somewhat heavy handed but this has been going on for a while and the gentle approach it seems is not having a great deal of impact

 

Must agree, the amount of things I have fixed with a hammer is endless.

 

I think it is, albeit slowly. The impetus for change is multifaceted I think. Our voices here are just one element of that but I do think it provides much needed context and clarity of at least some of the factors to be considered. Its effectively free market research.
