PS4 Class 700 Not Appearing In Free Roam

Class 700 hasn't appeared anywhere along the route and doesn't appear to be in the timetable, September 1st is the in-game date.

 

Is it downloaded in your system?

 

Yep. It's appears as AI in the months before until now.

 

Appears all year round for me on Xbox.

 

Interesting. I can't think of anything else unfortunately. Can it still be driven by selecting from the timetable?

 

700s will appear when I drive one, but if I wanted to drive a 375 for example there would be no 700s on the map

 

i've had the exact same problem ever since the class 700 was released!

i'm on PS4, if i go in 'on foot' mode there are no class 700's at all

if i select any train that isn't a class 700, then there are no class 700 AI services anywhere

the only way class 700 shows for me is if i actually select to drive one in timetable mode, in which case there are all the class 700 AI services present.

So unless i actively select to drive a class 700 in timetable mode, i have NO class 700 ai services under any other circumstance.

which i find really frustrating, as i mostly purchased the class 700 for the AI services that would be on route

 

Perhaps it's a memory saving thing on the older consoles, are you using the reduced timetable?

 

i use the full timetable on ps4.. but i have tried this issue on both full and reduced and the problem is the same.. unless i actually select to drive a class 700 from timetable mode, there are never any class 700 ai services at all, so frustrating!

 

It may well be a memory saving thing to prevent crashes then.

 

yeah maybe so, it's very strange though.. i'm not too concerned as once ecml comes out i'll spend 90% of my time on there, and hopefully the class 700 will actually be present as ai on there.. but it would be nice if it was present like it should be on sehs too!
