Me and someone on Steam are discussing if the route DRA is included in the Deluxe Edition of TSW4. I am very convinced through the FAQ that it is but I want to make absolutely sure. I know that everyone who owns DRA in TSW3 will get the upgrade, regardless of what edition they bought/preordered. As for preorder of Deluxe or Special Edition, the Early Access won't include all previous TSW DLCs yet, they'll come on 26th September as I've been told. So this is quite important to know if I can play DRA on early access or not (if the route itself will be delivered to the higher editions or just the upgrade for launch day). Thanks in advance

Yes, Nahverkehr Dresden is included in Train Sim World 4: Deluxe Edition and Special Edition. The full breakdown of included add-ons is available on the Train Sim World 4 FAQ.
If you don't own Dresden, and you buy Deluxe/Special, you will own Dresden. It's as simple as that. If he still thinks it's upgrade only, you can tell him from me, he's wrong. Matt.
