Line : Basel SBB to Freiburg/Offenburg. Junction at Müllheim (Baden) to Neuchatel (Baden). Katzbergtunnel from Haltingen to Schliengen. Junction in Haltingen to the old line along the Rhine to Schliengen.
Train RB : Br 463 Mireo (Bwegt livery)
Train RE : Br 1462 Desiro HC (Bwegt too)
Train ICE : Br 412 ICE 4 XXL
Cargo : Br 193, Br 189, 185, 187, 143

Everything should be feasible, the route itself from Basel SBB to Freiburg (Breisgau) is about 46km long. With the katzberg tunnel it is about 55km. With the turnoff to Neuchâtel then 57km.

I didn't count every train lol, and didn't I gave enough information about it? for passenger there are the 463, 1462 and 412 only. *except the Eurocity from Hamburg but they drive with the db br 101
