I got the new luzern sursee and every time i try to go onto a route for it, the game goes to the load screen and just stops responding.
You couldn’t have put less detail even if you wanted to. you need to send a support ticket and outline exactly what the issue is.
tf am i supposed to say? "So I load thy game named Train World Sim 3, and I move my mouse 500 pixels from the origin of the screen to the route selection and click on a route named Luzern Sursee at 600x420 and at 00:10:10 the game freezes and at 00:10:30 the game crashes. and that results in me posting on the internet forum chat room.
Well for starters you haven't said what format you are playing on - PC or console. If PC whether Steam or Epic. Have you tried validating the game files in case something got corrupted? Have you got any mods in the DLC folder and if so have you tried moving these out to test if that fixes things? Also note this is primarily a user forum. People responding to you will be players like yourself. DTG do not generally do support on the open forum (and note technical issues should really be put in the Troubleshooting Forum). Official support as advised above is via opening a ticket with the Helpdesk.
Like oldvern said, specify what platform. I'm a pc player on steam and haven't encountered this issue so would be helpful to know all the details. If not, put a support ticket in which still requires putting detail in
