Does The Vectron Have A Depot Horn?

I recently found a video earlier this week where someone used a depot horn on a Vectron, and after rewatching it like 3 times, I figured out it seemed to be on the side panel on the right side of the cab. I checked the in-game cab through available recordings but couldn't seem to find the button there. did the Vectron the DTG team was on not have a depot horn? was it forgotten? is it somewhere else?

Also the glass display on the left showing 160 and a couple of lights is VZ Mirel. A train protection system used for Czech Republic and Slovakia. Obviously not functional in TSW as far as I know.
