As you can see in the screenshots I was close to getting an achievement on Southeastern Highspeed and now it's completely off of my profile.
As you are playing on XBox, did you own the base game or did you just use it through Game Pass? TSW3 has been removed from game pass so to use the routes included in the base game, you need to purchase TSW3.
Bought it and bought the full game. The route showed up for me as installed in the add on section but in the store asking me to pay again. Now it doesn't show up as installed either. Just last week I was playing this route trying to complete the achievement.
check “manage game addons” section of TSW3 on the Home Screen, and see if the add-on is listed to be installed. if not listed their, you should check your online Microsoft account for purchase details of this add-on, and make sure it’s on their as a receipt of purchase, if so contact Microsoft support to ask why you don’t have access. the in game store will always say to “buy” no matter if you already have it for any dlc, only the official Microsoft store will say different.
