Yesterday when I logged onto TSW3 the base roots weren’t there, I tried to re-download them, but it still didn’t work. Is there anybody also experiencing this on Xbox?

You never owned the TSW3 base routes as you were playing them via Gamepass. If you bought DLC on top of the base routes, those routes will go over to TSW4 (assuming you are playing both TSW3 and TSW4 using the same account)
No...not unless you own them. You will need to purchase TSW3 via the store (I dont play via Xbox, so I do not know if it is still available to buy. I assume it is as you can still buy TSW3 on Steam)
Yes, to clarify - if you've been playing TSW3 Standard Edition through Game Pass, the routes that came with that (Southeastern High Speed, Kassel-Wurzburg, Cajon Pass) will not port over to TSW4, as they are part of Game Pass. If you've purchased any other routes though, they will port over. Those individual routes can be purchased separately, or (more cost-effectively if you want all of the routes), TSW3 is still available to purchase until next week.
