RSSLO’s latest route released a few days ago München - Ingolstadt This is a German route created from München to Ingolstadt, which has a total length of about 80 km, is also included in the sale at 10% off.
The following products are 60% off with code “DTEndsale”: SECR H Class LNER B12 3F Tender Loco 4F and 7F Locos LSWR M7 or £14.99 for a bundle. These products will be withdrawn and archived shortly, so if you want them, get them from Digital Traction before they are gone.
I literally bought two of those when they were “being removed” months ago, and now I could have gotten them with the others for a similar price? Disgusting.
Why is it disgusting a developer does a sale have some respect for the developer. Would love to know where you purchased them from was it steam ?
There is no bundle savings for people who already bought one or more of the items, correct? Let’s not get into semantics here. I might have bought all five; instead, I wonder if the other trains get enough use to warrant getting them now.
They have said the content is being removed for updating - would you prefer the older version with less features?
I've heard this song and dance before - no doubt the new versions will have to be paid for regardless of whether or not you own the originals.
That tends to be the case with everything. You are not being forced to purchase an updated version of something you own.
That's like saying I want to build a Lego model, but I can only buy Mecanno. Well, go and build a Mecanno model then, there's plenty of fun to be had in that. In any case your complaint is baffling as the products you claim to want are still on sale. https://digitaltraction.co.uk/mainsite/ It's also only the B12 that will be replaced.
Not really RWTools or locoswap open the scenario it will show you any missing assets select that asset then swap it for one you have press save job done
At this stage you are left with noone to get DLC from. DTG have even removed items from sale, Obviously can't use them anymore. But this is getting off topic now. Does anyone know roughly how often JT tend to do sales?
All this moaning complaining is pretty much the reason I don't come in these forums very much lately. Just saying.
I’ve been making a list of all the removed Steam DLC for Train Simulator Classic on this thread here: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/removed-steam-dlc-discussion.64992/ I haven’t updated it in a while though despite there being more removed DLC to add.
Can we keep this thread on topic as it has been intended to be for LATEST SALES so people are aware of sales. As Blazin has mentioned above he has a great thread if you want to talk about previous dlc no longer available.
A bunch of german routes and locos on sale on Steam. 15% on the excellent recent U1 U-bahn Hamburg, otherwise a lot of-40%.
In the German Sale is the Konstanz - Villingen Route Add-On and the Extension: Villingen - Hausach Add-On Both at 60% off
Heart of Berlin S25 has good reviews but I am struggling to find more scenarios, which is putting me off slightly. Is it good?
I like it a lot, it’s quite different to drive than any other train and the dispatch at stations is implemented nicely. But as you say, there aren’t many additional scenarios about for it. It’s a line I’ve travelled on a fair amount and while I’d rather have the modern train, I think it’s been done really well.
You are not looking in the right place For German/Austrian Routes look on Rail-Sim.de where you will find 34 scenarios for S25 https://rail-sim.de/forum/filebase/filebase/1784-mitten-durch-berlin-linie-s-25/

I think so too. Which is unfortunate, as I bought the bundle. But it also had an additional discount at the time, so it's pretty close.
If you are going to bemoan the price of something you won't buy anything if there is a chance a Sale might make it cheaper. And then it might not appear in a sale and you won't have it.
Some people just moan constantly about prices. Granted I do that myself at times. But like you said when you buy it you forget about the price and just enjoy the purchase.
And back into sales Just a heads up today any purchases made on just trains they donate the money to charity so a really good cause and excuse to get that dlc you want from your wish light and help a good cause as well
