i am truly disappointed (as usual with you guys) I was really hoping and looking forward to having some fun on the 21st, but of course not. I pre ordered the deluxe edition. I downloaded the game on my Xbox like normal and then when I launched the game for the first time I was in the main menu, and I went to trains and not one single train was installed I don't know how that can be. so, I deleted the game and reinstalled it and that time I couldn't even launch the game. so, I went on the Xbox app on my PC to play it I went to my games and apps, and it was there but sent me to the Microsoft store and it wasn't even allowing me to install it here on my PC so I'm like what on earth are these people doing? so now I'm at the point where I can't enjoy the game and I have to wait for the 26? also, when I launched the game on the Xbox it made start as a completely new profile which I'm not doing as I'm level 283 on TSW3 so what's happening here because i would like to enjoy TSW4, I also don't even see TSW4 on the left where it says most recent. please help ASAP.
Sounds like you’ve installed the game but not the add ons. I’m not at home so can’t tell you exactly how to do it, but on the Home Screen select TSW4 then you have to press one of the controller buttons (can’t remember which one) to get the menu. One of the options should be Manage Game. Select it and you should then be able to select all the add ons. Pretty sure DTG have produced a guide for this somewhere. Hopefully someone can either point that out of give you better instructions than I can.

I don't know how Xbox works - but do you need to download DLC seperately? (All the trains and routes are classed as DLC to the game, I believe all that counts as the core game is the Training Center.
hi thanks for reaching out to help me fix this issue, I looked at the instructions on the website that you linked he for me and where it says, "Now Select Train Sim World 4 > Install." and when I go to it there is no install button for me to press so im confused??
