Apologies if this has been posted - I had a look and couldn't see anything for this.

I have all of my TS4 content downloaded and installed fine but it was my understanding that the content that's not new as part of TSW4 (Nahverkehr Dresden, LGV and Linke Leinstrecke) would be downloadable for TS3 but the PlayStation Store is wanting me to purchase those DLCs?

The DLCs don't show in my library on the web version. I only have what's pictured in my screenshot.

In manage content on the console, I have no option to download these DLCs either.

I've even tried restoring my licenses. image_2023-09-26_210134885.png

Dresden won't be backward compatible with TSW3 as it is an updated version for TSW4.
There's also a bug with the LGV route showing that you have to pay for it again, even if you own it in another compatible version of TSW.

So LGV should be accessible, what about Linke Rheinstrecke?

I love PlayStation but the way their store is set up is utter garbage

I have the same issue. Just purchased TSW4 Special Edition assuming Linke would be free for the TSW3 version (that's the one route I didn't have for TSW3 yet). However, when I want to download the TSW3 version of Linke, the Playstation store wants me to buy it! DTG JD is that intended?
My understanding was that if I purchase content in any version of TSW, that content would be available for all versions (so I don't have to purchase the same route/loco/etc for each version of TSW). I restored my licenses as OP and no change.
DTG JD, I would appreciate your help here.

When you buy a physical game, it doesn't automatically entitle you to the digital asset. Dovetail have in the past and continue to offer the ability for disc users to convert their disc DLC into digital DLC. I'm sure they can work something out with you but you have to contact them through Dovetail Support for the information on that. Being all digital I have never had any issue with DLC I bought for the current version not working in previous edition of the game, as long as it was released for that edition, all DLC is linked.

I only have digital editions of TSWs, and I agree, in my past experience DLCs once purchased unlocked their respective versions on other TSW editions. Linke seems to be a special case here, and I'm kind of surprised more people haven't run into this problem... Maybe it's a playstation only issue?
Maybe it's something DTG forgot to check off when they released TSW4, and their Retail team should have corrected it by now. I wished DTG staff would comment on the forum to acknowledge they're aware of this, but I'll try to contact customer service as well.
