to list all the problems on 8th gen tsw 4 (Xbox one S ) 1, freeroam crashing 2. low texture bug on signs, train liveries (gen 8 bug i suspect ) 3. out of memory problems on timetable services even with reduce timetable services and no i cant explain in great detail why or how this has happened before anyone asks it just happens out of the blue why DTG thought this can run on gen 8 god knows i get it people cant upgrade but to point out what people are saying yes its a 10 year old console it can't handle it and clearly thats fact and true and thats why games like microsoft flight sim ain't on gen 8 consoles coming from a gen 8 user maybe it is time we drop 8th gen david
I don't even understand why you bought it in the first time but you do you I guess... first off, you can only refund in a time window of 14 days from date of bought, and you can only play it up to 2 hours before not being able to refund it anymore Help > Steam Support > What do you need help with, YOURNAME? okay my apology right here I forgot this is not steam only so maybe if you play it elsewhere you might not be able to refund it at all but I only know Steam so I hope I got it right for you
ok the problem is its too buggy so instead i have made a list of the problems 8th gen xbox users are having instead of ranting ill address the problem
its ok im the poor sod who has to put up with 8th gen bugs and have no way of upgrading to the newer xbox that again has bugs too also no point played it for more then 2 hours

Note than on Xbox it doesn't state a specified amount of game time played. Just "reasonably low". So maybe you can make your case to them as to why it's not been a good experience for you and you may get your refund. Good luck.
