So, since BRO is one of my favourites routes in TSW I've been playing it a lot on TSW4 now. But I notice more and more issues. 1.) More often than not I get stopped about 3km before entering Bremen main station. On the map there is always a train in the slow right turn, having a red signal. Nothing obvious as to why the train is not getting a green. When trying to delete it with the sandbox option its a 50/50 chance the game crashes. But I encounter this issue on nearly every service I do on Bremen - Oldenburg. 2.) The PIS on the BR425 is not working anymore, there are no destinations to choose from. 3.) When coupling two units of the BR425 manually the taillights do not extinguish of the two ends that are now coupled together. 4.) The BR425's taillights are still broken and way too bright. They still light up everything around them in bright red. 5.) The BR425's city names on the sides are still not showing up anymore. I think it has been this way since like the 2nd patch to BRO came out. And the city names on the sides were a feature of the BR425 which was praised in one of the route articles back before the release of BRO... 6.) With the n-Wagen control car when you select the taillights now the upper light is lit up white. This is oddly not the case for the LFR cab car. 7.) The destination board of the control car is still broken. You select a destination and after a few seconds up until a minute it defaults back to "Nicht Einsteigen" 8.) By default the BR110's headlights are dimmed and when you select the toggle switch to the actual dim position the headlights get bright. Also the case with the LFR 110. Have reported all of these issues which existed in TSW3 via support tickets ages ago...
Issues? This route which is one with my favourite timetables is a huge disappointment in TSW4, the entire traffic is piling up in Bremen after a while because trains are stuck at red lights.... I opened a thread if there are other issues with non TSW4 routes, because THIS is not acceptable. TSW4 is definetly a good step in the right direction, but DTG has to sort that mess out.
Yes I've seen your thread too. Its a shame that stuff like this happens when its a simple portover from a previous game version. To be honest I'm also highly sceptical if we'll see it fixed too. Lets hope for the best. But the fact that for example I've reported the way too bright red taillights or the resetting PIS board two times via a support ticket already and nothings been done (even though I'm sure it's an easy fix) doesn't get me too optimistic...
Just in case you missed it, timetable issues-wise, Will has responded here: (https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/bremen-oldenburg-unplayable-since-tsw4.74482/#post-729027) Thank you for reporting the other issues via Support - the team will log them and they'll be prioritised against other feedback.
Hey JD. Yeah I've seen the thread with Will and am looking forward to it getting fixed. And yeah, I've heard that the team has logged them via my support ticket(s). I just hope that it gets fixed someday. Don't get me wrong, I know theres tons of more important stuff. But for example the PIS board on the n-Wagen cab car was basically working before the first patch back in TSW3 it was just desynchronized and you didnt know which destination it was depicting without looking outside. Or the bright red taillights with the 425. Or the 425's city names not displaying anymore. This is stuff where, at least I think so, it can't be that hard of an issue to fix. And these are some of the details that can make or break an experience. And its also stuff that has worked many times before (taillights being the right brightness, taillights being shown correctly unlike the n-wagen cabcar right now). I think you get what I mean. However thanks for replying and being there for us - appreciate it.
N-Wagen destination board is still broken at this time. I change the destination to any place, change the view, and when I look at the destination board again it is blank. The destination randomly vanishes when changing camera views away from, then back to, the front of the train.
