Xbox Tsw4 Antelope Valley Wash Out Low Rez Trains?

I tried both free mode and service mode and whether there where lots of trains or just a single loco they all look washed out and low rez with 0 sharp detail yet the route itself looks totally fine and normal.

Note i tried another route and the same trains i placed in antelope valley looked sharp detailed and normal.

 

Try running it with custom weather. I used dynamic weather on a PC and It looks washed out.

Yes, on a PC. Everything looked much better. I don’t know about an Xbox.

 

No help at all but as far as i can tell this issue appear to be mainly at LA UNION STATION PLATFORMS tracks,once you get out of that area your train will kick back to normal.hi rez and detailed again.But i haven't had time to explore the whole route yet so who knows where things might work better or not.
