With the inclusion of Liquid Bean Cafe, Sandwedge and vending machines appearing on East Coast mainline, I would like to suggest that DTG take some of the artwork skills used for these and perhaps introduce a similar type of artwork to Catering and buffet coaches such as the Mk3 in HST’s as well as any other types that have a similar counter. These vehicles are presently rather pointless in their current form with the catering counters looking boarded up and closed down. It is little details such as this that vastly improve immersion.
I saw the title, thought we were having another go at getting some Mark One catering vehicles in the game! Nevertheless, I agree. On a busy daytime train those trains that have buffet and restaurant cars (not just UK but other regions too) should be open for business.
German ICE Trains are like this too with their Wrmz restaurant carriages locked out including the service door
