Fov Percentage - Do I Need New Glasses ?

    Hi all,

    I am running the BETA and today I noticed this . . .

    When did that happen ? Never spotted it before ! Do I need new glasses or is this new ?

    Nope its not new. Its been there forever.

    At least since 2012.

    I do not have a website. trainsimcommunity is a platform where everyone can upload their mods for train simulation games.

    Is there a setting to disable it or make it disappear ?

    Why should there be a setting? It disappears automatically after a few seconds unless you change the fov again.

    Ah, thanks Spike. Thought I had it disabled in the past and therefore did not see it. But dang, looks like there are no excuses, was just me myself and eyes.

    I have never ever seen that in TSC in my 13 years of having it.

    It shows up when you scroll with the mouse.
    I don't use F4, but F3 and it works that way when in the cab.
    It's similar to the brake state which upon activating F3 shows (typically Release) but in a few seconds disappears. It is showing when changing.

    Nope the FOV percentage for me shows on the F4 HUG on top of the right. I think that there is something wrong with your TSC. FOV.jpg

    It's the same for both of you, except WT edited the image to point it out.
