The April Update for Fishing Sim World is available now on all platforms. This update addresses the key issues that have been reported to us since the release of Lago del mundo. Here are the changes in this update: - Adjustments to the fights with large catfish to make them easier to catch - The player will no longer lose a fish once the netting icon appears - Fixed third speed setting on the trolling motor on the Haichou Levante - Haichou Odyssey Live, Limited and Deluxe top speed set to 50mph - Online menu now works in China - Lago del mundo and Lake Dylan can now be used in DFL events
I don't know if this update was supposed to fix it, but on my PS4 the game still occasionally freezes for a moment when fishing Lago del Mundo.
We have our team looking in to reports of this at the moment Charis. If you can provide any examples of areas you have experienced this in it would be very useful to us.
I've been fishing all round del Mundo both from land and boat, and the freezes seem to happen everywhere at intervals of a few minutes. I have never experienced them on any of the other lakes, but on del Mundo they were present from day 1, when the DLC came out. It's not really a big problem, just slightly annoying.
This happens on Xbox as well , even before this update. This update actually made things way worse as now the Lake regularly crashes the game to dashboard on Xbox in both Multiplayer and Single player. PS: I was fishing at the very top peg , bottom fishing from shore. As well as the very bottom peg also bottom fishing from shore.
