I know that, I want to know which products it applies to since they say it applies to their "own Just Trains products".
As far is I understand it it is all products that have 'publisher=Just Trains' in the filter at each page.
STAINMORE SPECIAL | HALF PRICE! Grab yourself an absolute bargain with the Stainmore, Shap & Eden Valley route for Train Simulator Classic available HALF PRICE!! https://steamsoundssupreme.com/stainmore-shap-eden-valley.html Use discount code: stainmore50 Valid until: Monday 9th 10PM(BST)
It’s a fantastic route, quite long and exceptionally value even at the full price. This is a bargain, so I agree, grab it.
I agree with all the praise for SSEV, it's a great route - the only downside is the DT and CW stock it comes with.
Even though they give you something for free you don't have to use that stock. Its good for AI but I chose which player locos to use.
Yeah, one can always make original scenarios for the route using whatever stock is desired. I agree it's good for AI all the same.
Half a dozen various add-ons are currently on a week long sale (ends 16th October) for those who are interested.
The extension I enjoy as I used the line daily years ago. And gives you full run basically from airdrie to milgavie/Balloch etc. a few scenarios on ATs for it
I have looked at the mainline to Helensburgh a few times but the lack of scenarios puts me off. There are none on the workshop and just 4 of the 20 on ATS are for non standard services - which I prefer.
This fantastic KWVR route is now 50% off. Grab this wonderful route at a bargain price. Use discount code sssworthvalley50 in the checkout to receive your discount at Steam Sounds Supreme. Get it while it’s available. https://steamsoundssupreme.com
Anyone interested in train sim games outside of DTG, might like to know that in the steam sale until 18th October, the "Japanese Rail Sim" is a railway simulation game that allows you to experience an authentic railway operation with live-action images and a realistic reproduction of the driver's seat. Anyone can enjoy the feeling of being a train driver by simply operating the master controller and the brakes. This game is on offer at £11.62, 75% discount. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1761290/Japanese_Rail_Sim_Journey_to_Kyoto/
Thank you. From the write up and photographs it certainly looks worthwhile investing in at the price offered.
On sale I would say yes. I got it when it wasn't sale due to it being part of my local line so I've created at least two scenarios for runs to/from Airdrie and i'm sure there's a few more on ATS somewhere.
Heads up for those wanting to purchase the 2 glasgow routes its cheaper to buy the bundle which is half price
The TSC PlayStation routes are never going on sale because they don't exist. I think you're in the wrong forum.
PlayStation sale is at the end of the month. If that includes TSW content is down to Sony. Best to keep an eye on the TSW 4 forum section for information on that though.
Seems to be regular price over there, so not really a sale . . . Clinchfield Railroad: Elkhorn City - St. Paul Route Only 2 US$ over at . . . https://www.eneba.com/steam-train-s...rn-city-st-paul-route-dlc-pc-steam-key-global
Seems to be regular price over there, so not really a sale . . . Granger Heartland: Kansas City – Topeka Route Only 2 US$ over at . . . https://www.eneba.com/steam-train-s...sas-city-topeka-route-dlc-pc-steam-key-global
I bought the original and yes was very disappointed at the lack of scenarios, total of 6 I think of which two were with the 158. This on a route which has an intensive 20 or 30 interval suburban service most of the day. I really wish there was motivation at Dovetail to upgrade TSC to support the sort of timetable operation we have in TSW, or for that matter other sims like Zusi or DRS, ISTR the Class 321 has very good sounds, too, better than most of the EMU’s in TSW.
The lack of scenarios on the Glasgow Northwest is not down to DTG but the creators of the route. It is interesting the lack of scenarios on the Workshop - maybe people feel there is not the interest in its current day form. In the past the Oban and Fort William routes had daytime loco hauled trains that used the route from Queen St to Helensburgh Upper - now the trains are 156s and don't even feature in the scenarios.
It would be neat to see a few items: 1. A version of the route backdated with other lines active, custom-built for the era 2. A full route extension to where it meets the Edinburgh-Glasgow route via Bathgate, though the last station is missing from the assets included with the route (I think it goes as far as Livingston North) 3. The Springburn to Coatbridge Sunnyside bit, and Cumbernauld, to facilitate the Class 385 in the area
[1] If the route is backdated the Class 385 would not appear on the line as they were built from 2018. [3] The line from PARKHEAD NORTH JN to HAGHILL JN allowing a direct service Springburn to Coatbridge closed in 1981 It would be a bit strange to have trains working over a line that closed 38 years before they were built
On the site that WoodlandTracks mentioned above there are over 150 DLC items quite cheap https://www.eneba.com/gb/store/steam-dlcs?drms[]=steam&page=1®ions[]=global&text=train simulator&types[]=dlc The results do find other Simulator DLC including Trainz I have not tried this company before
Apologies if posted further back, but appears UW Japanese routes currently on sale on Steam, up to 55% off. Grabbed one that was missing from the collection.
The Class 385 comment was exclusively for the third idea, which is the Cumbernauld to Glasgow services as they occur today.
Can we keep this on topic please the thread titled is for SALES thanks for the heads up that one skipped past me. Will take a look.
In addition to the link above another one gives similar results but with some DLC, Like A" Blue Peter, which is not in the first list. https://www.eneba.com/gb/vendor/instant-codes?page=1&text=train simulator&types[]=dlc
What was the point of you saying that the Union Workshop weren't discounted more than they are in normal Steam Sales?
I puzzled over that one. The point being this is a flash sale of specific items outwith the normal Steam sale, of which I believe the next one is in November.
The fact they are not encouraging Sales by selling at the normal discounted Sale price. If some of the routes had been cheaper then I might have purchased a route or two.
