It asks me if I want to give up with Y109.

Same thing. Did it exactly the way you said to.

  3. So after slow speed set at 2mph. what is your notch????

  4. Try changing notches from 1 to 2 or 2 to 3

    Went straight to 2.

  6. Are you on PC, Xbox or Sony Playstation?

  7. Try going to 3 or back to 1. If the independent prompt doesn't come off.

  8. In other words, go to another notch once slow speed is on and see if that works.

  9. Just say NO.

  10. Powering America as said I could finish.

Y109 I was trying to get the AC4400 pair out of the way but kept getting service derailing. I guess another service running somewhere on the route but it won't tell us.

If you are on an older system I'm sorry there is not much you can do.

I did have some laughs as I finally moved the pair of AC4400 out of the way and a train comes in the yard right on the same road as my cut I have been switching ie Y109.

You might be able to move the AC4400 pair out fast and get it...but I might try this another day.

    I had a few laughs.

I hope you have a system that can run TSW4. Way less buggy.

  11. Matt Peddlesden
It's a long shot (if it is an easy thing maybe you can do it?) but lupojohn is on TSW2 (not sure which system) and if you read this thread I have managed to provide insight for Powering America but not Y109.

He has yet to provide answers for which system he runs ie PS4/Xbox/PC....

Wonder if the fixes made in TSW3 for Sand Patch can be done for TSW2 too?

Or is it too hard as I did recall a post in road map that fixes were ending for TSW2.

    His name is Peddlesden.

TSW2 is a delisted and unsupported game, that's how the franchise works, whether we like it or not. Don't expect a fix.

It doesn't take a lot for the EP (or more accurately, the guy who basically runs the entire game) to say that in a post.

I'm too tired to go over all my points about this so I'll say it this way: it's rude for Matt to not provide a response when he's more than happy to answer other threads and not all are for TSW4.

I noticed that there's one TSW2 DLC included in one of the bundles so I'm not sure what you're saying is entirely true.

In any case, expectations rise when the Roadmap includes a patch/fix for the game you describe as "unlisted" and "unsupported".

    I'll leave it there.

    Agreed.
    Agreed.
It's technically not the same DLC, as it's been made TSW4 compatible.
It's not available for purchase anymore.
So do I, DTG should put an end to speculations.

  16. Well I hope you still get enjoyment out of TSW2. Even with the flaws.

I too was having problems derailing on the Sand Patch - Cumberland Yard West scenario. I derailed 3 times for no apparent reason heading towards Cumberland in an AC4400CW. I noted the above posts about a possible problem with the dynamic brake. I successfully completed the route using just the automatic brake (clunky, but it worked), staying at/near speed limit and not opening the map. Anyway, I thought I would share my results.
