I like bundles, what bundles and on what platforms I'm hoping there's a discounted bundle of the two locos that came with the deluxe edition (was it two?)
https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/35748/Train_Sim_World_4_UK_Expansion_Bundle/ Well for me Midland Main line is just over £16 in a "complete your collection" bundle. I think I maybe tempted..... More details in the email....
MML only on sale, and then donate the difference to the full price to londonmidland who finished what Skyhook have left unfinished.
Some nice deals there. Unfortunately the European Bundle is broken, I own everything besides Luzern-Sursee, Steam claims the bundle is just 12.99€. (a nice 50% discount) But when I add it to my Shopping Cart Steam adds both Luzern-Sursee and HRR, raises the price to 28€ and warns me that I already own HRR and will not receive another copy by buying it again?
Well the only items I need from the packs are Luzern to Sursee which will probably get a bigger discount in one of the Steam sales. The DB 187 which from what I’ve read is still pretty LOVE and should be on permanent sale for £0.99. That leaves the F7 reskins and the SD70 neither of which are on my shopping radar anyway. So saving my Steam credit for the JT Blackpool route and a few juicy morsels in the sales for TSC. Not to mention my plumber has just dropped a rather large bill on our heads to replace two leaking header tanks in the loft, which kind of ties up spending much else on train sim stuff…
Deal wise its fine I guess, but the US bundle really only exists to supplement the layers for Antelope Valley, which the playable ones need base Cajon to work, but it really feels like a slap to the face.
Good morning, thank you for raising this, I've let our retail team know, they'll look into it. Will update once I have news on it. All the best, Jan
I would suggest you research the route & make up your own mind on whether the purchase is right for you. If you are on PC, it's probably an easier decision than consoles.
Oh no - I brought the route aged ago and think it's a nice little route. I thought as in SHG had some dodgy business practice or backdoor contracts with how it was worded
No just the usual forum drama (and frankly some unpleasantness), which I thought Eastenders and Coronation Street were for!
Please do not. There are enough threads derailed due to people's own agendas as it is. This thread is about the bundles.....
Thanks! And same problem with the German Bundle btw (which also includes HRR). First it says 7.97€ just for the DB BR 187, then it's suddenly 25€ because HRR which I already own slips into the Shopping Cart as well
Thanks for letting us know. We're in talks with Valve about this and as soon as they've come back to us I'll let you know.
He said he had information about Skyhook Games, not MML. While I have no clue what this could possibly be, if it involves unethical practices or whatnot, I would like to know.
Ah yes I know what you mean Read the MML feedback thread Lupo, but don't comment any further, the information is all there, plus the wider reading of course.
Good morning, could you please send me a private message with your Steam account name and ID? Thank you very much, Jan
The issue with the price changing in the cart should now be resolved Please let me know if you encounter any more problems in that regard.
I haven't really delved in tsw but just wanted to clarify, I dont have tsw4 yet but there is a uk edition available for 29.99 35% off, it says it includes the base game and Doncaster to Peterborough route, is that correct? Says the base game is 15.99 with this bundle. Seems cheap to me but happy days if it is? Then if you add the bundle linked in here you're basically getting 3 routes, the base game and 2 locos for £70 quid ish. Is that right? Does that seem pretty good?
You need to ask, "what is the base game?" Given pretty much all the tsw3 stuff works on tsw4, why pay for something twice.. Once you differentiate the tsw4 dlc which have a few new features, most of them unfinished, the core contains an editor with questionable functionality etc etc which may or may not be something you desire.. Only you can decide..
