There are a few differences there are no power changing or neutral sections it also connects with Southern,Gatwick Express,Thameslink,Southeastern and DLR instead of it being the Bakerloo line at Wilsden Junction and Southern at Shepherd's Bush and this has more stations with 29 while the North & West London lines have 28 altogether
And it travels underground through what was the old London Underground East London Line Sub-Surface Railway Route in a similar manner to say the District Line, so quite different to a regular London Overground route.
Why not even extend it to Battersea park for the parliamentary service? I mean it shouldn't really be a big hassle should it
Parliamentary services are usually once per week at a specific time. Wouldn't be worth the effort for a once in a blue moon service.
You might as well add it since battersea park already exists in game so I'm pretty sure the tracks for it already exist
