I'm not sure if it is intended, but I just found out that Black Friday Sale has started on Playstation Store and it seems that TSW4: Nahverkehrsnetz Dresden - Riesa regional pack is discounted with 70%? Can someone check on your end? I'm not sure if it is in fact regional pack or just a route DLC (there is no reference in the description that you need to own TSW4 additionally to run this route) and also other TSW4 regional packs are not discounted at all. Other discounted DLCs I found are listed below. The old TSW2 route is 70% off (as are many others) so it makes sense this one would be too, the descriptions are useless at explaining whether it comes with the core game though.
I don’t see any discount on the German Regional Edition (in the PS App). TSW4 standard is however cheap enough for me to buy it. So thanks for alerting me to the sale!

Well, I'm a little surprised - game has bees released about a 1,5 month ago and already has 70% discount with DE regional pack? Usually such discount was available about year after release (in case of TSW3 it was in August'23 if I'm not mistaken, for Standard Pack).
I just got Glossop for a tenner, 700 for 6 quid and Trenton for 12, will pair wwell with my TSW4 disc arriving today

Why would you be surprised? you'd have had to have been crazy to buy, what is essentially a patch for TSW3 and a couple of routes with many of the same issues as TSW3 had, at full price. Shame the special version is only discounted by 50% on xbox, 70% off one of the cheaper packs could have been tempting.
The discounts aren’t TSW 4 content though, it’s older content, so whilst it’s playable in TSW 4, it’s not got the newer features. The cost of DTG giving out the training centre is negligible, even that was TSW 3 content.

Xbox desperately needs a DLC sale. It needs even more desperately the frickin' audio quality fixing but that's another tale!
Oddly, for me PSN showed Rapid Transit as "Free", both the TSW2/3 and TSW4 versions. Grabbed the former as I do also have the PS4 version of TSW2, and it did download.
