PC Blackpool Branches Layering

The blackpool branches manual says that with layering from Tees valley line I will get the 101, 37 and the PCA and HEA wagons but I only got the class 101 DMU.

 

bro how do you play the high and low tone together of the console trumpet?

 

The 37 only layers in for the AI. It's not drivable by the player.
