Tsw3 Update

Thumbs up to DTG for at least patching something. Now we wait to see if the rest of the promised patches get released.

 

DTG Alex are these updates also relevant to the TSW3 routes in TSW4 (just to be clear)?

 

I believe all these changes were already made to the relevant routes' TSW4 versions when TSW4 released.

 

A strange move. I'm still yet to get TSW4 so I launch TSW3 today and find it is updating. I say strange since I thought the DTG tradition is to just abandon the last game and only focus on the newest one.

 

A welcomed surprise, for sure! A bit lean on the number of changes, but good start by fixing scenarios that couldn't be completed. Hopefully more will follow.

 

It's already 100% more updates than I got for my year of waiting

 

Fixes were promised and fixes are being rolled out.

 

Glad for the TSW3 folks that they aren't shouldered with lies and deceit. A step in the right direction.

 

Legacy routes in tsw4 already got all the fixes being released for the tsw3 version

 

Fair play. After I was believing they would bring the TSW2 fixes, they revealed that they wouldn't. After I was not believing that they would patch TSW3, they revealed that they would!

Nah but I’m pleasantly surprised that TSW3 got some sort of update. And now I can finally go and play that Cold as Ice scenario, nice!

 

They've probably realised that not as many bought TSW4 as they'd hoped, so they decided to update TSW3 hoping that would motivate people.

Speculation, but is it not far from the truth?

Whilst I haven’t used TSW3 since September (likely won’t ever again) it’s still good to see promises are being kept and given something to those who are still with TSW3.

 

I don't think so. They had all hands on deck for the mess which is TSW 4, so naturally it took some time to get back to TSW 3.

Anyway! Thanks for the first fixes DTG. It took some time but finally we get somewhere. Keep it up.

Not wanting to belittle. On the contrary, I´m happy to see at least something addressed. Hopefully it doesn´t end here. Still waiting for the MML crash on PS5 fixes, though. Which, according to Scamhook, are already with DTG?!

 

Well, only minor bugs are fixed in some scenarios, but something is something

 

Very happy to see this update when I opened steam today, thanks very much for these.

I look forward to other fixes, particularly the wipers on the GWE HST, the services on Glossop and the issues with the MML route.

 

Still playing tsw3 because this is where all the mods work. When will this be sorted so all mods work on Tsw4.

Oh yes, those before-after pics DO look good! Fingers crossed then. Though, I´ll pop the Champaign bottles only after patch rollout. Let´s hope everything runs smooth afterwards and it doesn´t break working stuff.

Although I did mention this in a different thread, I really really hope they fix the Trunk Service scenario in the red DB BR 363 dlc, before they stop updating the game altogether. It's the last thing I am absolutely unable to complete within my german TSW3 collection.

 

Which is funny, considering they already tried to fix it once!

 

Nice. Hopefully it can redeem this poor route from it's current Overly Negative reviews on the store. Added to the wishlist, would love to get it in the near future!
