When are we going to get any fixes to the ECML route?
    • Azuma wiring between cars still broken.
    • Azuma trains still running their diesel engines constantly.
    • Mastery not working.
    • Headlights on trains still incorrectly set up.
    • Numerous other issues we players have taken the time to report (several times).
It’s really starting to get silly how long it is taking for stuff to get fixed.

I just find myself constantly rage quitting.

The issues might not be a big deal to a lot of people, but for people with OCD, it’s a nightmare.

Wouldn’t expect any fixes for these any time soon, especially since the Christmas holidays are less than a month away

When can we expect fixes for ECML route issues? Azuma wiring, engine problems persist. Players reported multiple other issues. Feedback for TSW4 PS5.

The bottom three aren’t things that need ‘fixing’ as they were never broken. Adding extra liveries would need approval from LNER and GBRF would be an entirely new licence for tsw. I can't see how 66s not being near the GBRF yard is needs fixing either, seems more like an intention decision to have them not be there

    OCD or perfectionists?

There's quite a difference between Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and just liking everything correct.

    Trust me.

    I’m not a perfectionist.
I just expect the ‘highly detailed and realistic’ sim to be what DTG claims it to be.

I’m surprised more players aren’t adding to this thread. It worries me that players are happy to settle for what they’ve got thus letting DTG off the hook. We need to make more noise or they won’t hear us - keeping it civil of course.

I'm not happy with ECML state, but dtg are aware. They have the huge feedback thread. I just dont expect any of it to be fixed. The rear gangway doors of the 377 have been stuck open on BML for months, and arent fixed. Cosmetic/quality issues don't seem to bother them.

Just to repeat what I posted elsewhere.

Fired up ECML last night for the first time in weeks. Managed about 5 or 6 minutes in the Azuma before becoming utterly bored and jumped over to SimRail and it’s gorgeous Pendolino, with another finger hovering over the buy button for Hmmsim.

Even with the sound mod the Azuma is dull as ditchwater to drive. Might be realistic but not fun. The first double yellow signal appeared about 4 miles north of Peterborough immediately followed by a green. Thought DTG were fixing that. The chunky OHLE still looks like something Hornby Dublo put out in the 60’s.

All in all, from being eagerly awaited this route and train turned into the biggest disappointment of the three new ones for TSW. I can take the bland scenery, made worse by this particular run being set in fog, but they really should have made the route in an era when more interesting traction prevailed.

Well there are already numerous threads of people pointing out the many bugs that still need fixing including the ones DTG set up themselves and we all know how likely these issues are to be fixed so all we can do is wait

What's the point. They most likely won't listen anyway, so we'd just be wasting our breath.

Morning folks :) Yesterday we shared a new patch that addressed many issues across ECML, as well as core improvements and fixes for other UK add-ons. You can read the full changelog on our June 3rd Update announcement

Thank you for your patience in waiting for some of these fixes, our teams are continuing to take on board community feedback and look at addressing any other raised issues.
