This is the third of the series of threads and is for Great Western Express. Class 165/1 diesel hydraulic multiple unit in GWR Green. Class 180 diesel hydraulic express multiple unit in FGW Dynamic Lines Blue (plus a special Old Oak Common 111 green unit). Class 360 25kv AC electric multiple unit in First Heathrow Connect Grey/Orange (for Paddington to Hayes and Harlington services).
I would agree with the other replies that the most appropriate forum category for your "Locomotive Suggestions" would be "Suggestions". By placing it anywhere else, you'll draw the kind of feedback which focuses purely on the forum location of the suggestion, rather than the suggestion itself, which is probably not what you were after.
I mean you also could go ahead and create some locos of these on your own. Why do you need anyone else for that? Most of all our projects are related to either personal or favorite choice, so why not take the offer and do so with your own hands? Also why did you deleted your post clarifying your intention? Without reading that, I could think this is completely off-topic here. And even if you want to do that, you can do post all trains in one thread only (we have 20 linked and 5 uploaded pictures per post available), but in fact you created 4 independent threads for it. Why? Mods will have unnessecarry work with that.
The Big issue was that the Class 180 didn't really run on the line because we had the likes of the HST, that the reason why it got sent to GNER
The Class 180 was purchased for mid distance express services but entered service with a myriad of faults. In the end GWR got tired and got rid of them, only to bring them back when they found themselves short of trains for required services. After their second GWR withdrawal, there was no further reprieve. I believe that they are all with Grand Central now (or at least most of them). They did however frequently run between Paddington and Newbury and Oxford, which I recall vividly as I live right beside the GWML.
