We've all read on these forums what individual players say are their most played Routes, but is there a way to see what Routes people are actually playing? I recall reading somewhere that LGV Méditerranée is one of the most played Routes (said by Mat I think) - is this information publicly available?
Only thing I think is available is the infographic from last Christmas: They've said they are making a new one this year, so should have more info in a week or two.
Nothing is available publicly that we can see as users no. However i would take a guess that one of the most popular this year will be the JT Blackpool branches route as that got ALOT of interest from the public and has been one of the best made routes in my opinion with detail. If you were to look at graphs etc the training academy i imagine will always come out top as people who like to collect achievements and goals etc in the sim must complete training academy scenario before they can enter journeys to work through them and work to get the platnium medals which always forces people into the academy
Yeah if i was to put a bet on it would be those 2 routes. SEHS would prob come higher than JT due to that being so much newer.
each to own but i think it is pretty obvious which is the newer route if you were a user. Giving SEHS shipped with the sim.
I would imagine the routes that come with the game will generally always be the most played. Just due to the fact that everyone has them by default and most will play them at some point. I don’t know if anything will top training center. I’d be more curious as to what the most played DLC routes are though.
i know what you are trying to do and i aint falling for it. But anyone can see release dates of when a route was released on steam and 99 percent of users will know what shipped with what. Have a nice evening.
How would anyone know SEHS came with TSW2 and 3 when all it says when they purchase the route: Train Sim World 4 Compatible. That implies they can use the route with TSW4, not that it came with previous iterations of the game. Not trying to start a flame war so I'm going to end it here before pigs start flying.
I think ECML will be up there. Personally I’d like to see the most popular DLC routes, time & time again we see that the base routes are the most popular, only ever being told that TGV is very popular. The overall breakdown id like is; top 3 routes, top 3 DLC’s & top 3 routes for each country.
yeah thats a good idea having a break down like that. btw did you get my private message i dropped you.
