We need toilets. That are immersive and ai can use them And be able to use the hand dryers (please I love hand dryers), toilets and sinks and urinals. A new route task is to clean messy toilets and fix hand dryers.
This is just weird. Do messy toilets get simulated as well (trust me, I wouldn't want that if I were you).
Actually St Anne's on the Sea station on the Just Trains Blackpool Branches has abandoned public toilets that you can enter with the toilet and urinal visible.
Anyone for toilets: any idea at all how messy and unpleasant they are? Trust me, they are not needed.
Bro you guys are going into the deeper scale of this, Its part of the whole train simulation topic, He actually makes a point, tasks to inspect and clean toilets, hand dryers & Sinks is actually immersive , Idk why u guys are being so blunt about this
Being as polite as possible, it is not part of the train simulation experience. Drivers don't clean toilets, cleaners do.
Ok, But to also add cleaners on a train, its still cool, Like a scenario where you temporary work as a cleaner to clean the train inside a depot, it if u think about it, its could be a fun new addition to the game
role playing is all part of the action, Im linking it to Guard mode in glossop line, unless u dont fancy that one either
At least this post has some TSW sense to it. toilets should be accessible, locked/inaccessible doors in games have always bugged me.
I don't mind opening toilets. What I do mind would be role-playing cleaning them as is also being suggested.
seems like time to develop what could be better spent elsewhere, fun is definitely a matter of perspective when it comes to cleaning simulation.
I imagine if they modelled them they would be clean, kinda the same way you don’t see bits and rubbish on tables and floor in the passenger wagon.
Some people need to take a good long hard look at themselves..... Only problem is, they'd then create a new thread about what their favourite mirror is...
Railroader has accessible toilets in the passenger cars, that's the most a train sim should ever focus on. None of this extra wierd stuff the OP is asking.
The issue definitely isn't adding toilets, it adds immersion I guess or whatever. The issue is the OTHER parts. Cleaning/fixing dryers? Yeah definitely not a drivers, guards or passengers role. Cleaning toilets? Ffs knowing this guy it's probably a really weird fe***sh. Being able to use the toilets. Definetly a weird fe***sh. DTG and other developers have way more important things to do then add lavatory functions to the game.
How about everything to do with the actual experience of driving a train such as correct physics, PIS displays working etc. Nothing about toilets is essential to the experience of driving a train.
Physics Suspension Sounds Texture Texture Bugs Scenary Signalling Bug fixes Safety signaling Modeling Scripting More routes+locos
I know you have some sort of weird fantasy. TSW first and foremost, is a train driving simulator. Ain't no way on earth that people would buy a game around driving trains for the ability to go potty.
I mean, if we want more realism then how about this? You have to work a shift in game, you get paid inngame currency to live. But if you do something to get yourself fired, you are forever locked out of TSW forever, since no other rail agency would hire you again. Is that realistic enough for you?
