Morning all, can somebody please tell me what I assume I must be doing wrong at Longbridge? Curiously enough it was an issue in openBVE aswell, approaching Longbridge going towards bromsgrove/redditch and AWS ALWAYS triggers as I approach, my speed is good, I'm acknowledging AWS and I figure I must be missing something,, one other curious thing I noticed playing just now is that the vigilance pedal is quiet all of a sudden.

Sounds like you're getting a TPWS overspeed when approaching Longbridge which triggers the emergency brakes.
It might be that the TPWS grid is not configured properly which triggers this.
There was a similar issue with TPWS at Reading on GWE which resulted in DTG disabling that grid.

I dont like having to isolate the safety systems as I pass over it but it is what it is.

If I remember rightly, you usually have a red at the end of the platform at Longbridge, so I guess you’re tripping the TPWS protecting the red, rather than anything relating to line speed. There’ll be a TPWS grid located well before the AWS magnet - probably about 400 yards from the signal. The speed will be set somewhere around 40mph, which will feel quite slow for the station, but is appropriate for an approach to a red signal. Try going over that below 35mph, and see whether you still get the TPWS activation.

When approaching Longbridge in both directions theres a signal approach thag takes u down to 20mph when heading to Redditch / Bromsgrove and 30 when heading towards Birmingham. You need to approach the signal like its a real red

As others have said, you’re approaching the station too fast and TPWS is forcing an emergency brake. A good rule is 20mph when your 200 yards from the signal.

The signal in the platform is approached controlled, you don't get the proceed and feathers till you hit the platform, try coming down to about 15 mph as you hit the platform. It's my local station so I know it well.
