Forums allow for discussion and keeps us informed about tsw. You're only looking at a small minority of posts. The forum is helpful when you need help

 

You always have the option of removing yourself.

Most of us are here because we generally enjoy TSW (and TSC) but you can’t have a complex product like this with diverse content without garnering a cross section of views with some extreme, others more moderate. DTG certainly don’t have a problem with the forum nor their Focus Overboss and I’m sure if there were serious concerns those would be addressed by dealing directly with those who step out of line.

But constructive criticism, as most of us aim to provide, should be welcomed not just put heads in the sand and pretend there are no problems. Equally praise where it’s due such as the recent BPO or more vintage content like DRA, NTP or TVL.

 

It serves no purpose? Well I disagree, how else would I have a good old chuckle at the rather strange things that go through some people's minds.

 

I think you should separate your emotional feelings from something as flippant as a game, you'll find you get way less triggered then.

You are literally always trying to prove the "haters" wrong and complain yourself about anything that isn't positive as if someone insulted your mom.

You aren't sarcastic, you just cannot grasp the fact that 1. not everything is super happy friendly lovely positive 2. not everyone has the same opinions and views as you and 3. maybe there is something wrong if there is so much "moaning"

If you think this is bad, I've read other forums are just as bad or even worse and they are still up and running. The dtg social pages like YouTube and instagram are even worse than what you see on forums in my opinion. At least we can have discussion unlike developers like armstrong who disabled comments on YouTube completely because of toxicity but that also means we can't communicate concerns or give feedback.
