This sort of thing has been found in the game and previously reported, for example in the sidings at Würzburg in the Schnellfahrstrecke Kassel-Würzburg DLC. Yours may be a new find, but you've given no information about where it is, and your screenshot is so small and blurry it's difficult to make out.

This kind of catenary 'hickup' you might find all over the (german) routes. RRO, RSN, HRR, SKW ... The one from your screenshot is in the Würzburg depot and it's there since route launch in - yes, belieeeeve it! - September 2022. DTG ain't exactly famous for fixing such things. Seriously though, it's been an issue I've seen since TSW3. I've got no clue what is causing it else than things loading in wrong. It's a bit of an immersion breaker honestly... we can only hope it'll be fully fixed someday.
