PS5 Crosshair Button Description Gone

Turned the hud off to run a specific route recently and since turning it back on the Crosshair description when you hover over a button, lever, door etc no longer appears, this happens on every route and every train

 

Turn on "button prompts" in settings.
And check "Control change notifications" are also enabled.
