Make yourself heard as a TSW community and let's all hope together that Riviet will think about creating something that would really earn us thousands of money #FrenchAndItalianTrain
I know, but you look for as many people as possible and demonstrate that we also want Italian material and even more French material
nah I'll stick to germany. maybe uhh Thalys but DTG would probably not include it in the or any other new KAH timetable anyways.
Do we? Perhaps you do but I certainly don't. I would recommend you adjust your wording, add some more detail and stick it in the suggestions part of the forum.
Yeah, honestly. Only thing I want is for DTG to add the LGV InOui In order to use PZB/LZB. It'd give it a much wider use case within german routes.
LGV Inoui doesn’t exists (LGV = HSL not TGV which is the train) ! You mean TGV, with the horrible inoui livery. If DTG will redo the TSC Strasbourg to Karlsruhe into TSW, we’ll have the chance to get the RGV 2N2 3UA, able to run to Germany, if possible I’d like to get it with the blue Atlantique livery it’s better and iconic.
Yeah it’s boring to drive from A to B with 1 station between at 300kph, I’d rather have some route in the south with beautiful sceneries.
While the Atlantique Livery may be preferable to you, I think calling the InOui livery horrible is a bit on the Extreme side tbh. People have different preferences, and that should be respected.
I never say people can’t have their preferences I just gave my opinion on this livery, that’s all. It wasn’t directed to your liking.
Actually, i have the feeling that since release of Bernina, a lot more italian suggestions popped up. Seems like there is real interest into more of that. I hope, an italian 3rd party will find their way into TSW!
Yeah, I'm really excited to see where the influx of 3rd party addition will go in the future. Could fill in the gaps of DTG content pretty well.
It would be nice to get away from DB traffic red livery for sure, I'm getting a bit bored with that. Either some earlier German routes before that colour scheme came in, or indeed some French and Italian stuff would be most welcome. The scenery could do with refreshing too, Italy and France have some new landscapes, there is a very nice Italian route in Trainz2019 around the lakes in the north of Italy for example.
Why just rivet? A petition wouldn't really work. They can't make italian trains if they don't have a license. Although we don't know what the sncf license entails but it might have been just for the tgv, who knows. Even in tsc, you only had high speed
I don't mind lots of traffic, just not all red! Is red paint super discounted on the Continent or something? Germans, Austrians and Swiss all seem to use the same paint pot. Some more variety please. This is what I like about UK routes, so many different private companies all with their unique liveries. Cool Britannia.
Yes Italy would be nice! The old roost between Rome and terracina (defunct) would be awesome. Or Brenner /Bozen /Verona would be awesome too!
You're spot on and for the TSC Strasbourg to Karlsruhe route, that route was based on my Appenweier Strasbourg Railway suggestion on my signature. If DTG wants the route done correctly then it must have a BB37000 DB BR185.0 RGV 2N2 3UA DB BR407 X73900 DB BR641 B85500 as the correct trains for the route. DRA RRO 185.5 must run the Nightjet Paris Est-Vienna/Berlin Hbf which it does in the current time table.
Moving this to the Suggestions forums - having some suggestions of routes or trains you'd like to include is always helpful. With the Public Editor, players now have the opportunity to develop (or support development) on all manner of geographical locations that perhaps we don't have licenses or reference for. I'd encourage you to check out the Public Editor forum and see if any projects in there are or interest too!
What's terrible about the InOui (and OuiGo) liveries is that they symbolize the dismantling of the public SNCF handhold on exploitation and the opening up of its network to private operators. It marks the end of a pretty glorious era of rail in France. And since this has been moved to the Suggestions forum: more than new French Trains, I would love to see an extension to the TGV Méditerranée route. Alternatively, a new LGV route altogether, but something that would allow for hour-long immersive high-speed driving. I'd be willing to spring more than the usual for something like that.
DB is the national operator of trains in Germany and most prominent, there was a lot of Blue in the U.K. when BR was the national operator of trains in Britain and most prominent. there’s quite a bit of Yellow with blue in the Netherlands for same reason.
Blue and yellow goes very well together, also of course it's the national colours of brave Ukraine. It seems TSW4 is more about current operators than those of the past, so perhaps that's why Traffic Red Livery seems to have taken over everything! Certainly BR blue was pretty bland as well, but not very prevalent in this game, sadly.
I cant say I am that interested in having French or Italian routes, so don't include me in the "we", thanks.
Ngl, I've come back to realize that another I want, more than an TGV that can run PZB/LZB, is for a French commuter route. I mean, TGV has been featured in so many Rail Simulators, because they're fast and famous. But it'd be pretty interesting to see a French commuter train, station to station. For me, it doesn't have to be Scenic, I just enjoy the everyday hustle and bustle of commuter operations. (And yes I'm very aware of the hurdle that is dealing with SNCF licensing.)
When DTG will produce some documentation on how to rig and import a piece of rollingstock... For the moment it is incomplete and just a static object. "FS tipo 1921".
it will be nice if DTG make more video on the editor or live because for me i think that there are not a lot of tutorial on the editor for example how make a timetable with the editor + how make a busy timetable how export or import a rolling stock on the editor ... how create a route with all system it will be nice if we get a lot of video on this with 6 or 7 parts for example
