Br 143 Layer On Rapid Transit Question.

Is there any particular reason why only Ruhr Sieg Nord BR 143 can layer into Rapid Transit? It would be great if other two could also activate it. Changing this to any BR 143 (much like it is on Main-Spessart Bahn for example) would make this route more lively for people who have Nahverkehr Dresden or Tharandter Rampe one.

 

That’s not a layer, that’s just substituting for the 146.

When the new timetable was released, DRA didn’t exist yet so that wasn’t an option.

 

Layers are tied to a specific dlc and I would imagine switching it would require a large amount of work in the timetable since you would have to change the whole thing to the newer 143. You would have to reassign all the services to the newer 143, change the formations and simulate it to remove any bugs.

Back when rapid transit was updated, I don't think dra or tharandter rampe existed.
