Hello, The update looks good and there's some interesting services with the new Timetable, but it won't let you spawn on foot with the new Timetable active. There's only a couple bits of static stock about, so if you want to drive anything you either have to use to two useable stock DMU at Minehead and a Loco at Williton or use the Free Roam and add a service for yourself. It's rather annoying cos I really like spawning on foot and being able to choose what I'd like to do.
Did you also know there’s a class 143 ai pacer that’s another trick missed with no option for class 143 as dlc yet saw fit to add as ai train
Might be an issue for the PS4 I've just spawned on foot at Minehead and there's plenty of static stock.
I'm on PS4 and I spawned on foot at Minehead to watch the Flying Scotsman leave. It was the only train on the map, no other AI trains running. However, when I drove a service there were AI trains running. As each loco seems to have it's own timetable, maybe when you spawn on foot it doesn't know which timetable to use so defaults to the Flying Scotsman. If you haven't bought it, then maybe you won't see any AI trains. I hope I'm wrong.
The update doesn't seem to work too well with some of the preexisting content.. I tried to rerun the 'Class 09 Introduction'.. and keep spawning on a rooftop, then falling down out of the level (Epic Game Store).
Update - I still can't spawn on foot using the new Timetable, when I do there's only limited static rolling stock. When I've tried using the new Timetable by clicking on a Service, like yesterday I chose to a Flying Scotsman one but it only loaded up, Flying Scotsman's set and the limited static rolling stock and that's it. I did try using any of the others and that worked apart from Flying Scotsman was missing from the Timetable.
Definitely. But shouldn't they still have the colored yellow/green lenses in front of the white lamp for the night signals? Or – if they are actually fixed – a yellow lamp to begin with? Like those:
It can depend but yes mainly if the Distant Signal is fixed then it would usually but not all the time have the yellow lenses in-front.
* Another Update, I just tried the Taunton Shuttle but it only opened with the Class 150 set and limited rolling stock and no Steam Services. It's getting really annoying and taking the enjoyment out of the so called Steam Gala Timetable. I always prefer to spawn on foot and decide what I would like to do, especially when the Timetable doesn't start for quite a while on some routes.
