A large south london network style route from London Bridge and Victoria to Caterham, Tattenham Corner, Uckfield and Horsham (via Gatwick Airport and Dorking With the 377/1,2,3,4,6,7, 387/2, 455/8, 700/0,1 Id also love to see Carmarthen to Cardiff Central with the 150/2, 175, 800/802, 153 in ATW era
I think that the English route above from London Bridge would be incredible. It stops at many incredible stops and it would go perfectly with the southern. They could update the current southern timetable and put trains to and from London Bridge aswell.
Hopefully, we all get the route that we would dream of having in a TSW game. We all have various ideas and it is lovely to embrace them.
What is the name of the train operator on this route? Seems like a reasonable route for a train simulation game.
Sorry that I failed to respond to this suggestion. I believe that the LU Northern or Central line would be incredible. They would definitely be in my top three favourite routes to feature in a simulation game. The Central line is my local line and I love the trains. I believe it would be a good time to put them in TSW before the refurbished stock come into service.
My top three dream routes in order would b: 1. London underground Central Line (1992 stock) 2. District line- Sub surface line (S7 stock) 3. Northern line (1995 stock) Please comment your top three dream routes. In then allows other people to comment on them and agree on whether they would like the route or not.
There are two I would love to see. Maybe not 100% realistic, but dreams are dreams. One is the full Auckland Commuter network prior to 2021. It would feature the AM class EMUs alongside the ADL/ADC DMUs on the Papakura-Pukekohe shuttle. The entirety of the network spans about 100km. The other dream route is the transition era Circle and District lines (Maybe the Hammersmith and City line too.) with the C, D, and S stock tube trains.
hard to choose but this is one i would love to see:... East Coast mainline (Kings cross - Peterborough + Hertford loop & northern city line) set between 1999-2007 trains: 313, 317, 321, Intercity225 (Class 91 +Mark4), Intercity125 (Class 43 +Mark3) personally i think that its a really good era for an ECML route to be set in the southern section
I would prefer to see it in the same era as PBO -> DON so there could be some kind of PS4 merge. Definitely want 225s though, which still feature in the current era.
I can understand that, i wouldn't mind it set in 2019 so its a very similar era, but not completely the same. so that you have HSTs, Class 91s, and Azuma's all running at once
That's the TSC Allgäubahn Lindau Kempten and for both to merge they must be in the same era as Three Country Corner route ÖBB Voralbergbahn
That would be incredible. They could remaster the TSC district line experience. They should create a sub- surface line if they are worried that a deep level tube line would not sell. The Hammersmith and City line has not been recreated in the modern day in a train simulation game so that could be an easier experience to make.
I think that another route based in London would be great. I really like the idea of the Northern city line as we did not receive a route with the incredible class 700's.
I'd love the "combo" Liverpool Lime Street -Manchester Piccadilly routes, with both the Chat Moss and CLC lines. There'd be a nice variety of traction and operators that could be used through both routes, with a mixture of stopping and express services.
The southern section of the west coast mainline with the class 390, 221, 350, 730, 378 and the south western railway network
Let me guess bringing the TSC WCML South to TSW4? Needs a 325 to access the Willesden Royal Mail facility
North Downs Line This line runs West to East across the North Downs in Berkshire, Surrey and Kent from Reading via Guildford and Redhill to Gatwick Airport and Tonbridge. Route map of the Reading to Gatwick Airport portion. If set around 1979/80, it would be possible to recreate the changeover from Class 206 Tadpole DEMUs to Class 119 GRCW DMUs, both in BR Blue or Blue/Grey livery. Class 206 Tadpole DEMU set in BR Blue livery. Class 119 GRCW Cross Country DMU set at Reigate in BR Blue/Grey livery.
You must be thinking of the train simulator classic Portsmouth direct line remastered. Remember the ECML route in the game is actually the train simulator classic York to Peterborough route
They should work on recreating certain routes on TSW4 from TSC such as the district, metropolitan, London overground and the Portsmouth direct line.
London Waterloo to Portsmouth Harbour and Basingstoke with Shepperton and Hampton Court branches 10/10
I suggest the following route: the Southern Railway in Baden-Wuerttemberg from Ulm to Friedrichshafen or further to Lindau Reutin / Lindau Island. That would be the perfect addition to the Vorarlberg S-Bahn. Ulm as a city with the large cathedral and the river Danube, the route south through gentle valleys, past Ravensburg (city of towers) to Friedrichshafen Airport and Lake Constance. Many connections are also possible, e.g. RJX32, ICE 32, IRE 3, RE 5, RB 91, RB 93 as well as freight traffic.
Well i really want SWR / SWT in game, i recently rode a 450 from Waterloo to Epsom and they are bloody amazing. So smooth and quiet and relatively comfortable. Do you think DTG would give us 450 444 and 455 in one route?
I think they would. They provided a great variety on the south- Eastern and I would love the SWR route in this game.
But with just 450s for example we are either gonna see a large lack of services due to not enough trains or all services but multiple trains with the same numbers. Personally I think they should release a route introducing the 450 and 444 something like Southampton - Portsmouth Harbour giving us SWR 450 services between Southsea and Southampton with 444 services filling in at Portsmouth and Southampton
That is a good idea however I would love to see another London Terminal. Thanks for the suggestion Indege

Probably one of those: -Athens Metro Line 3: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/athens-metro-line-3.72849/ -Athens Suburban Railway A1 Piraeus - Athens Airport: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/athens-suburban-railway-a1-piraeus-athens-airport.78407/ But to be honest, the possibility of getting any other European/Asian/American route is non-existent.
I agree with you however the first one is actually a train simulator classic ATS Route. Which would make it a priority for remastering.
