After last patch (8th Febr.) at least some of the services replaced BR642 with BR612. For example: chapter Bahn Free, services 23327, 23334. Screenshot in the attachment. Since longer time BR612 is just broken. It has broken lightning, broken PIS visibility, broken adding power... So that move makes your new&shiny TSW4 DLC - Maintalbahn partially unplayable.
It is not broken. It is a tsw2 loco not updated to tsw3 standards which introduces new lighting. Of course there will be differences in lighting. Power also works fine so what's broken about it. You probably are not driving it correctly. Did you turn on the power switch? If you are saying it moves to full throttle too slow or you need to apply a certain amount of power to get moving uphill, it is realistic to the real thing.
So... it's broken. It's impossible to see anything at night in dark, because desk light and cab light doesn't work. To find button you need literally stand up and turn on your flashlight. BR612 with Tharandter Rampe is not that TSW4 compatible, as it description says. The main problem is that still some of the services have replaced vehicle. If this was intended by DTG to diversify vehicles on the route, then why they did this knowing about lightning issues? That's make no sense! For God sake, we're speaking about issues in new route, having ~2 months since premiere for 22,49€. Such things should absolutely not happening!
It is tsw4 compatible because you can use it in tsw4. Not exactly broken in the sense that it doesn't move at all. You can still drive it and pick a daylight service. Have you turned on high beams? It is a switch and it does a better job lighting up the track but it won't be as bright as a tsw4 unit although some tsw4 content doesn't light up anything either
