Class 377 MSO and TSO actually spawns DMOC, also seems to include East Coastway version only. Also to note, there are 6 coaches labeled as "Class 377/4 SN", which is incredibly confusing.
Same problem with lack of middle coaches seem to be also true for class 700. Edit: Class 385 and 387 as well.
I think that the naming conventions are really going to be tricky for DTG to organise. Numerous versions of the same thing, empty and loaded versions of the same thing, different 'official' liveries of the same thing. All of that adds to the confusion......and that is before you start to add community liveries. Yes. I wanted the 1938 stock so that I could run 'pretend' VECTIS units on IOW. Also the TEA tankers doesn't have an NTP loaded version for me to put my own liveries on. Didn't someone say that we wouldn't be able to split up multiple units?
. They made a rod for their own back from the very beginning by making the same loco in different DLCs a totally seperate entity. There's about 10 different class 66's now, three 8fs, 4 or 5 class 47's, lord knows how many Mk1 and 2 coaches. I don't see why they couldn't just use the latest updated one and replace the older ones with it. They clearly CAN have different versions under one banner, the class 40 for example has two different versions listed nicely under one heading.
Well if so then such an information didn't came to me. Also some multiple units have all section available, for example 375 or 801, it would be weird to split some and leave other alone.
Apologies. My post could have been better written. I should have added "at the moment" to the sentence. I'm not suggesting that we won't be able to break units up ever just that we can't "at the moment". By the way you can split up all units at the moment using the public editor. You just, then, need to work out how to cook your new formation afterwards to then export it back into the game. So that's another possible route to success.
