In the absence of a feedback thread I'll put this here. The formation planner seems to be missing the 4f. Both the '4f' & '4f tender' are just the tender... no loco. Most of the steam locos have the loco and then the tender but then the loco also has the tender as a option in the list of liveries? It's all quite confusing. Once I have made a formation & saved it I can't then place it in free roam via the tab menu it seems. I just can't find them in the list.
