So the maximum file attachment size at DTG support is 4MB for screen shots / video. DTG support are now asking me for video footage of a bug (broken scenario), which is going to be at least 3 minutes long. That's going to be well over the 4MB limit even if I compress it multiple times. Is there another way of getting larger files to DTG support, as they say they can't investigate the bug unless I send them video footage?.
What I want to know is why 4mb. Surely their systems, in this day and age, are able to handle larger files.
My thoughts exactly. It's quite baffling. I wouldn't mind being 30 years younger, but going back to dial-up modems is a scary thought.
