For Fans Of Norfolk Southern, Do You Prefer Rebuilds Or Manufacturer Builds.

As a fan of Norfolk Southern I realize that around half of the engines used for main line freight's are rebuilds. I honestly love the rebuilds but would love to hear you guys opinions.

 

I find them interesting, more variety is always a good thing to me.

 

Their rebuilds are really part of what makes their roster so interesting, unique, and diverse. I gotta say, I'm a fan just because it's something different.

That being said... I live on CSX territory, so I think just about ANYTHING is better than that, lol.

(if you guys think Dash 9's are too common... good luck seeing an EMD on any mainline CSX train, lol)

 

I see a fair amount of GE and EMD. Mainly GE though.
