I am with you on that one buddy. The Class 60 and a GWR Class 800 with a TFW Class 175 should suffice nicely .
The Class 60 (and 56 for that matter) have been seen across much of the UK over the years and would therefore make great additions to substitute for the good but much overused Class 66. Loco dlc is not coming as frequently as I thought it might now that we have all of these 3rd party developers. High time it was kicked up a gear, this being a great place to start.
