    Hi,
I was wondering how I can make natural curved road? All road objects are straight and there are lots of DTG routes with individual roads, that have natrual curves. How do I do that?

    Thanks!

You do so via "splines" in Landscape Mode -> Manage -> Splines.

There are several videos on YouTube available how you can place them.

However, moofers did a tutorial about using them with rivers. It's bascially the same way for roads, just that you need to use a road static mesh instead of a river asset.

By the way: Using splines is also very helpful if you want to place long straight roads. Just discovered this tip way to late, but you basically should use splines for all your laid roads. It's so much easier to deal with it.

Select a segment, go to the details tab, then click on the button "Segments" to select all segments, and put a road static mesh into this landscape spline mesh field, otherwise it does not show you nothing but a blank black spline.

Also you can adjust the alignment and the size of the spline in the settings below.
